KASSAART is an interior design studio in Nallagandla, Hyderabad. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who can see it, and the choices you have. We have kept it short and in plain language.
In brief: we only collect what you type into our consultation form, we use it to get back to you about your project, and we never sell it.
01What we collect
When you ask for a consultation through the form on this website, we receive:
- your name and mobile number
- the city of your project
- whether you would like updates on WhatsApp
- the type of property and when you would like to start
- anything you choose to add in a note
If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation. We do not ask for payment details or identity documents through this website.
02What we do not collect
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools of any kind.
- The chat assistant works entirely in your browser. What you type or select there is not sent to us.
- Fonts and images are served from our own website, so opening a page does not share your visit with anyone else.
03How we use your information
- to contact you about your enquiry and schedule your free consultation
- to prepare an estimate or a design proposal you have asked for
- to send you project updates on WhatsApp — only if you ticked that box, and you can stop them at any time
- to keep a record of enquiries, so we can follow up and do not contact you twice
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
04Who can see it
Your enquiry is seen by our studio team, through a password-protected admin area. It is stored on the servers of the company that hosts this website, which keeps it on our behalf.
We share your details with anyone else only when you have agreed to it — for example, with a contractor or supplier working on your project — or when the law requires us to.
05How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up. If you become a client, we keep your details for the length of your project and for any period the law requires us to keep records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will.
06Cookies and browser storage
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. The website stores a few small notes in your own browser so it behaves sensibly — that you have already seen the opening animation, that the consultation form has been shown or sent, and that you closed the chat invitation. None of these contain personal information, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Our admin area uses a single sign-in cookie. It is only ever set for studio staff who sign in, never for visitors.
07Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop sending you WhatsApp updates

08Links to other services
Buttons on this website open WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media profiles. Those services are run by other companies under their own privacy policies, and what you share there is governed by them rather than by this policy.
09Keeping it safe
Access to enquiries is limited to our studio team and protected by a password. We take reasonable care to protect your information, although no website or system can promise to be completely secure.
10Children
This website is meant for adults planning an interior project. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
