The website describes our services and shows examples of our work. It is for general information and is not an offer to carry out any particular project.

Photographs, renders and 3D views show how a space can look. Actual materials, finishes, colours and lighting can vary from what you see on a screen, and every project is designed for its own site.

Any indicative range we give — on this website, by phone or in a message — is based on typical rates. It is not a quotation. The real cost depends on a site visit, exact measurements, the materials you choose and the final scope of work. A price is binding only once it is set out in a written quotation or agreement that we have both accepted.

Sending the consultation form, messaging us or calling us does not create a contract. We will contact you to arrange a consultation, which is free and carries no obligation. By sending the form you confirm that the details are yours, or that you have permission to share them. How we handle those details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you engage us, the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and any warranty for your project are set out in a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

The text, photographs, renders, drawings, videos and logo on this website belong to KASSAART or to those who have allowed us to use them. You may view them and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Designs, drawings and 3D visualisations we share with you during a consultation remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Please do not:

• send false enquiries or enquiries in someone else's name without their permission
• send spam or unsolicited advertising through our forms
• try to get into the admin area or any part of the website that is not meant for the public
• do anything that interferes with how the website works for others

Some buttons open WhatsApp, Google Maps or our social media profiles. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update, change or remove any part of it at any time.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website, such as an indicative price range, instead of a written quotation. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
